It's not exactly close to the TBPAC (about a mile south, next to the convention center), but it was the closest I could find. The lack of hotel rooms is probably compounded by the fact that the Gasparilla festival is going on the same time as our MidWinter: http://www.gasparillapiratefest.com/ Their parade route appears to go right by our HQ hotel.
